YCL3 series cooling tower dedicated three- -phase asynchronous motor

YCL 3 series cooling tower dedicated three- -phase asynchronous motor is developed by our company independently of a fully enclosed, self fan cooling, continuous working system of single speed motor. Motor give full consideration to the cooling tower load characteristics, the use of the environment, using advanced design concepts; mature, precision processing technology; high quality raw materials, with compact structure, high efficiency, low noise, small vibration, stable  reliable operation, long life  other characteristics. As a driving device for cooling tower equipment.

Insulation System:

According to the design of class F (155 DEG C) , in the rated output  direct power supply motor temperature rise according to 80K appraisal;

Cooling Method:standard cooling mode for IC410 self fan cooling, cooling by cooling tower;

Material: cast iron castings;

Standard installation structure of : IMV30、IM V1 etc.;

The motor can be used PTC  PT100 thermistor for winding protection, but also the installation of winding temperature measuring device,  frame 160  up motor optional bearing temperature measuring device;

Special design:we can design special motor voltage  frequency according to customer requirements; can be adjusted according to customer requirements of motor appearance color. Design V1 installation according to customer's requirement.
