YDT3 series Pole- -changing Three Phase Asynchronous Motors

YDT3 series Pole- changing multi- -speed three- -phase asynchronous motor is our company independent research  development of a variable speed motor . Motor adopts advanced design concepts; mature, precision processing technology; high quality raw materials, with compact structure, high efficiency, low noise, small vibration, stable  reliable operation, long life  other characteristics.

Especially in motor is designed to give full consideration to the matching of wind machine, the load characteristics of the pump, high  low speed power distribution more reasonable  motor in high speed can better match load,  in low speed outlet is more severe loading phenomenon, the energy efficiency of the speed control system. 

Motor for fan, pump type load specific drive motor.

Insulation System:

Acording to the design of class F (155 DEG C) , in the rated output  direct power supply motor temperature rise according to 80K appraisal, 315 seat No.2, 4 pole  355 frame size motor temperature rise is allowed to reach 105K;

Cooling Method:standard cooling mode for IC410, IC411 self fan cooling, can be the motor N end (non shaft extension) with the fan, in order to meet the cooling air flow can rely on shaft extension end driven by the wind turbine cooling;

Motor 315- -355, 200  above 2 pole motor with standard oil nozzles,  more than 132 motor optional;

Material: cast iron castings;

Standard installation structure of : IM B3, IM B5, IM B35 etc.;

The motor can be used PTC  PT100 thermistor for winding protection, but also the installation of winding temperature measuring device,  frame 160  up motor optional bearing temperature measuring device;

Special design: we can design special motor voltage  frequency according to customer requirements; can be adjusted according to customer requirements of motor appearance color.
