YE2(HTF) series High-temperature exhaust fan fire dedicated motor

HTF series three- -phase asynchronous motor is a king of single speed motor developed by our company， which is fully enclosed. Considering the load

characteristics of exhaust fan, motor adopts advanced design concepts, with compact structure, high efficiency, low noise, small vibration, stable  reliable operation, long life  other characteristics. The motor is cooled by the wind generated by the fan running on the load side, compared with the ordinary motor structure is more compact, saves the installation space, provides a strong support for the fan design compact structure. According to the needs of fire smoke environment, resistance to high temperature of the motor, its performance meet the motor requirements in《CA211-1999 fire smoke exhaust fan resistant high temperature test method》, the running for 2 hours under 250 degrees Celsius temperature, meet the requirements of

fire protection  smoke exhaust of motor.

YE2 HTF series three- -phase asynchronous motor 's efficiency confirms to the three level of energy- -saving estimate value specified in GB18613- -2012,  can meet the IE2 efficiency grades in IEC60034 -30 standard. The electrical parameters is the same as that of YE2 series motor.

Insulation System:

According to the design of class H (180 DEG C) orclassC (220 DEGC) , in the rated output  direct power supply motor temperature rise according to 80K appraisal, 315 seat No. 2, 4 pole  355 frame size motor temperature rise is allowed to reach 105K;

Standard cooling mode for IC410, IC411 self fan cooling, can be the motor N end(non shaft extension) with the fan, in order to meet the cooling air flow can rely on shaft extension end driven by the wind turbine cooling;

Motor 315- -355, 200  above 2 pole motor with standard oil nozzles,  more than 132 motor optional;

Material: cast iron castings;

Standard installation structure of: IM B3, IM B5, IM B35 etc.;

The motor can be used PTC  PT100 thermistor for winding protection, but also the installation of winding temperature measuring device,  frame 160  up motor optional bearing temperature measuring device;

Special design: we can design special motor voltage  frequency according to customer requirements; can be adjusted according to customer requirements of motor appearance color.
