DSF series three- phase asynchronous motors for subway tunnel fans are developed by our company independently, which is designed to be used for supporting the three-phase asynchronous motors of the subway tunnel fans. Advanced design concept, with a compact structure, high energy efficiency, low noise, small vibration, stable reliable operation, long service life, etc.. Motor in normal use can do S1 work system for continuous use, in the high temperature environment，such as 300 degrees Celsius environment temperature can also normally run for 2 hours. As the driving equipment in the subway tunnel, for all types of subway, hotels, large buildings to provide reliable ventilation smoke exhaust faciities.
YE3 (DSF) high efficient three- phase asynchronous motors 's efficiency confirms to the two level of energy- -saving estimate value specified in GB18613- -2012, can meet the IE3 efficiency grades in IEC60034- -30 standard. The electrical parameters is the same as that of YE3 series motor.
Insulation System :
According to the design of class H (180 DEG C) class C ( 220 DEGC) ,in the rated output direct power supply motor temperature rise according to 80K appraisal, 315 seat No.2, 4 pole 355 frame size motor temperature rise is allowed to reach 105K;
Cooling Method:standard cooling mode for IC410, IC411 self fan cooling, Wind driven by shaft extension end to cool the wind;
Motor 315-355, 200 above 2 pole motor with standard oil nozzles, more than 132 motor optional;
Material: cast iron castings;
Standard installation structure of : IM B3, IM B5, IM B35 etc.;
The motor can be used PTC PT100 thermistor for winding protection, but also the installation of winding temperature measuring device, frame 160 up
